Isoval material

The material used to produce the ISOVAL® range was developed in the construction industry, and has been used for years to keep detached houses warm during the winter and cool during the summer.

• The internal insulating compound ensures unrivalled thermal performance :
  • One side reinforced with alumina 135 g/m² (positioned towards the outside)
  • 1 x 80 g/m² layer of wadding to create a first air mattress
  • 2 thermal barriers, each one comprised of 1 layer of 0.8 mm closed cell foam + 1 metal spacer
  • 2 x 80 g/m² layers of wadding layered one on top of the other to create a second air mattress
  • 1 x 10 g/m² sheet of non-woven fabric (windscreen side): this is breathable, allowing ventilation and preventing condensation 
• This insulating compound is wrapped in 2 layers of synthetic, watertight fabric, ensuring perfect watertightness.
